Free In-Home Assessment

GRC Homecare Provider helps determine the care services best suited to your needs by conducting a free, no obligation in-home assessment. The assessment will be conducted by our Company Nurse or Care Manger in your home or wherever you feel most comfortable.

We will provide an honest assessment of the client's needs and then work with the entire family to discuss appropriate services. If we are unable to meet the client's needs, we will work with you to find the right service.

The free in-home care assessment will cover topics such as:

Client and Family Lifestyle- Each family has a different approach to home care. We will openly discuss and assess how GRC Homecare Provider referrals will fit into your lifestyle.
Daily Routine and Preferences- We will check and review client’s routine and preferences so we may be able to provide care and support independence.
Medical Conditions- Examine client’s current health and medical conditions including mobility and cognitive ability so we can create and refer a customized care plan.

Caregiver Compatibility- Client and caregiver relationship is very important. We will discuss various caregiver personalities and help you choose the best one to suit with you or your loved one.
